 Shipping, Refund & Return Policy - 2026
(Freight & Custom Items – Please Read Carefully)

Many of our products are large, custom-built, and shipped via freight. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. DELIVERY INSPECTION – MANDATORY
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

Before opening or installing:

  • Inspect outer packaging for visible damage
  • If damaged, do NOT discard packaging
  • Notify the delivery driver immediately
  • Note damage clearly on the delivery receipt

Required Photos/Videos:

  • Outer packaging
  • Damaged area
  • Shipping label

Failure to report visible shipping damage at delivery may result in claim denial.

All issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery:

2. POLICY WINDOW – 3 DAYS ONLY

All claims, requests, and disputes must be submitted within:

3 calendar days from confirmed delivery date
After 3 days:

  • No refunds
  • No replacements
  • No credits
  • No return approvals

3. FINAL SALE ITEMS – NO RETURNS
The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

  • Aquariums
  • Tanks
  • Ponds
  • Large custom-built items
  • Freight-shipped items

Not eligible for return due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. SHIPPING DAMAGE

If damaged during transit:

  • Must be reported at delivery
  • Must be reported to us within 3 days
  • Photo/video proof required
  • Item must not be installed or used

After verification, we may:

  • Replace damaged part
  • Provide repair solution
  • Issue store credit where applicable

5. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos
  • Do not attempt repairs

After technical review, we may:

  • Send replacement part
  • Provide repair solution
  • Issue store credit

Final resolution is determined by our technical team.


6. NON-TANK ITEM RETURNS (LIMITED)

Returns may be accepted for non-tank, non-freight items only if:

  • Request is made within 3 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase provided

Exclusions:

  • Tanks, ponds, aquariums
  • Live plants, moss, livestock
  • Custom or made-to-order items

7. RESTOCKING FEES

Approved returns (non-tank items only):

  • 30% restocking fee
  • Remaining 70% issued as store credit only
  • Shipping fees non-refundable

8. REFUND METHOD

All approved refunds are issued as:

Store credit only

  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • May be requested within 24 hours of order placement
  • Once production or processing begins, cancellation not guaranteed
  • Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled

10. UNDELIVERED / REFUSED SHIPMENTS

  • Incorrect address may incur reshipping fees
  • Refused shipments are not eligible for refund
  • Freight returns may not be recoverable

11. SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Orders placed between 7 Feb – 24 Feb annually may experience 1–2 week shipment delays due to logistics provider notice.

Additionally, shipments may be subject to inspection by U.S. Customs or the destination country’s customs authority. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure prompt clearance, customs inspections are conducted in accordance with government regulations and may result in extended processing times beyond our control.

In such cases:

  • Delays may occur due to mandatory government inspection procedures
  • Release timelines are determined solely by the relevant customs authority
  • These delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations
