Why is my tracking number not updating?

Some packages are shipped from overseas warehouses or partner facilities, and tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch. In some cases, packages may also wait for courier scanning or customs inspection before movement appears online.

Will my order go through customs clearance?

I received part of my order. Where is the rest?
