REFUND, MISSING ITEMS & REPLACEMENT
NOTE: Our Policy lasts 30 days once order is delivered. Please check your order immediately upon receiving. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately below are not applicable.
We'd be happy to refund or send a replacement if the customer received a defective item due to shipping and company's fault. We just need some pictures to review.
If the issue is quality, customer need to return the item(s) to receive a refund or a credit voucher.
If you need to exchange or return, send us an email first for instructions and we'll provide you our US return address, firstname.lastname@example.org.
We allow cancellation of orders within 24 hours after placing them, however once the order is already processed we will charge 15% for the restocking fee.
Once the order is shipped out we CANNOT cancel or refund the order during that time.
You are responsible for shipping it back and shipping cost will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase the order confirmation email that we have sent you when you placed the order.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or courier's address, addresses on the packages.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- For the tanks we CHARGE a 20% restocking fee once returned.
- For Live Plants and Animals we DO NOT accept returns.
To return your product, you need to contact us first at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are NON-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We can provide full refund or credit voucher, this varies depending on the issue and reason for returning the item
UNDELIVERED & REFUSED PACKAGE
Packages re-directed by our courier due to an incomplete or incorrect address issue due to customer's fault, may incur a fee per item for reshipment. Please verify and check carefully your shipping address at checkout, to avoid these kinds of issues.
If your package is determined to be undeliverable or the delivery refused by the customer, it will be returned to the courier's warehouse and will be very hard for us to get back the package. Refused/Rejected packages are NOT eligible for refund.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All packages that we shipped are all duties/taxes paid. But some few locations charges additional duties/taxes, the laws around taxability of shipping charges varies and not universal.
Once the packagae has been received, additional duties/taxes that needs to be paid are customers responsibility. Best to contact your Post Office regarding this matter.
